Supply Analyst - ERDT

Duties

  • Conduct data validation of equipment using Marine Corps APSR.
  • Track accountability of equipment being fielded to the Marine Corps.
  • Track and Identify inbound/outbound Military Equipment (M/E) delivered to/distributed from the Initial Issue Point (IIP).
  • Coordinate and verify notification of equipment distribution and receiving requirements of all M/E, modifications, spares/Initial Issue Projects (IIPs) and subsequent equipment distribution.
  • Validate cataloging/management data and identify/report discrepancies to MARCORLOGCOM and MEF/MARFOR/MARSOC leadership. 
  • Coordinate the reverse distribution process of equipment as required.
  • Coordinate the submission of/submit data using Key Supporting Documentation using the process directed by the Marine Corps APSR and assist in the execution of the disposition instructions provided.
  • Execute processes that ensure ERDT & USMC data integrity.  Provide expert advice to government employees both military and civilian on the IIP inventory management lessons learned, processes, and procedures.  
  • Working knowledge of Supply Discrepancy reports (SDRs)
  • Establish the liaison in order to facilitate and transfer equipment supporting all M/E to include; Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI) accountability, and Weapons Management/Crane Reporting.
  • Coordinate and verify notification of Individual Combat Clothing and Equipment (ICE).
  • Assist with the review/validation of LOGCOM Push Fulfillment requirements to ensure proper distribution of M/E, as needed.
  • Assist with the review/validation of lateral redistributions of excess and deficiencies assets, as needed. 
  • Provide MARCORLOGCOM/MEF/MARFOR/MARSOC support at fielding conferences.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

 Requirements

Successful candidates must possess:

  • Working knowledge of GCSS-MC with supply accesses.
  • Fundamental understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts.
  • Excellent communication, organization and administrative skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft software applications, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET level clearance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English and be able to communicate effectively, to include speaking and writing, in English.
  • Ability to be present at work each day and work the hours of the assigned shift.

Position is located in Okinawa, Japan.
