Site Manager

Qualifications:

• Desired Bachelor's Degree or higher in Distribution Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or related
• Minimum 3-5 years' Logistical Support experience, serving as a team lead, project or site manager, with emphasis on inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization
• Minimum 5 years' Logistical Support experience, at the journeyman level, with emphasis on shipping, receiving, budgeting, financing, business communication, and PPP&M (Preservation, Packing, Packaging, and Marking)
• Proficient experience using Microsoft Office suite
• Possesses strong written and oral communication and strong problem-solving skills

Description: The Site Manager is responsible for managing the task order and all associated tasks. This person shall be the single technical point of contact to the government and to the NAVSEALOGCEN Managers. This individual should be knowledgeable and skilled in financial management processes and budgeting. He/she should be skilled in writing and validating technical and financial reports, analyzing metrics and identifying areas for improvement. This person should demonstrate problem-solving skills and experience overseeing accomplishments of multiple tasks.

Requirements:

• Security Clearance (Secret)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable security investigation in order to be issued a Common Access Card
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Fluency in English and be able to communicate effectively to include speaking and writing in English
• Ability to be present at work each day and work the hours of the assigned shift
