REQUIREMENTS/ SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial Aerospace environment as a manager, warehousing, inventory management, and financial management.

Must have working experience in a military aircraft organization. .

Proven track record of successful government contracting experience

Must have excellent supervisory, presentation and communication skills

Must be able to work well with others

Ability to interact with all management and non-management levels within the Company

Ability to interact with all management and non-management levels within the Navy business confines.

Ability to convey ideas and work techniques through excellent oral and written skills

Possess Excellent organizational skills

TITLE:            Site Coordinator

REPORTS TO:    Site Manager

CONTROLS:       All the Company's Personnel Assigned to the FRCSE Contract

 

SUMMARY:  The Site Coordinator will be responsible for the Company's day-to-day performance of work, serve as a point of contact for customer relations, overtime requests and be responsible for resolving all quality, timeliness, and accuracy issues.  The Site Coordinator must be at NAS Jax site for the first shift daily.  Must be available to the COR 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and respond to inquiries within 60 minutes of the COR's initial contact.  The Site Coordinator or alternate need not report on site in each instance, unless specifically required to by the COR.

 

TASK DETAILS/ ORGANIZATIONAL CONTROLS/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates all contractor activities at the assigned NAS Jacksonville and satellite sites.
  • Works with the Site Manager to communicate policy to all co-workers to assure policies are implemented.
  • Coordinates all assigned functions within the designated sites to ensure contract compliance and performance to the Navy and the FRCSE customer base, in accordance with the Company's standards and expectations.
  • Performs management, organizational, business and technical leadership and services to ensure successful completion of tasks on a timely basis and within budget.
  • Assures that all personnel adhere to contract safety and quality procedures.
  • Reports all work-related injuries to the Site Manager immediately.
  • Be familiar with the Navy's policies and procedures governing Fraud Waste, and Abuse. Must immediately notify the COR upon observance of behavior constituting fraud, waste and abuse by ACO or Government employees.
  • Initiates and maintains a good working relationship with the COR, PCO and the customer base.
  • Responds to customer complaints and inquiries in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.
  • Communicates with management on customer service topics and general feedback.
  • Maintains a professional image.
  • Recognizes and supports the Company's commitment to pride and quality work.
  • Assures security systems are implemented and maintained at the facility.
  • Coordinates customer and the Company's loss prevention policies and resources.
  • Assists in maintaining the security of the government and the Company's buildings and conducts all activities in a manner that promotes a safe environment.
  • Assists the Site Manager in Maintaining and executing the Company's Quality Control Program (QCP).
