MARSOC Warehouse Operator / Data Entry Clerk - Lejeune

Warehouse Operator / Data Entry Clerk supports operations and functions under the overall direction of the MARFORSOC G-4. Work is performed with a high degree of independence and is supervised by the MCIF General Manager.  The Warehouse Operator / Data Entry Clerk may be required to performing heavy lifting, inventorying of MARSOC unique/Special Operations Forces Support Activity (SOFSA) clothing and equipment as well as with clothing and equipment in the PM ICE portfolio, assisting with shipping and receiving, and assisting customers with their line item request from the warehouse. Work is reviewed through observations and conferences with the Program Manager and via a monthly report based on requirements as specified by the Government.  The Warehouse Operator / Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering data into a computer, operating a variety of office machines, and performing clerical or administrative duties as required. 

 Tasks may include but are not limited to:

 *         Coordinate with base Traffic Management Office (TMO) for the shipment/transportation of equipment. 

*         Prepare and maintain required accounting, custody and supply documentation 

*         Input data into an Asset Visibility System (AVS) to provide real-time inventory status across the MARFORSOC enterprise.  

*         Process equipment turn-ins and assist with equipment preparation for turn-in to DRMS. 

*         As required, assist other contractor personnel with day to day warehouse functions to include issue, recovery, shipping, receiving, packing, and inventory of equipment.

 Education:  Minimum High School Diploma

  Required Experience: 

*         Leadership, management and supervisory experience equivalent to a USMC E4/E5 or above, Marine Corps MOS 3043, Supply Administration Clerk (Mechanized Allowance List/Consolidated Memorandum Receipt/Warehouse Operations) or civilian equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

 Highly Desired Experience: 

*         Familiarity with MARSOC unique/Special Operations Forces Support Activity (SOFSA) clothing and equipment

*         Familiarity with clothing and equipment in the PM ICE portfolio and with associated PM ICE Total Life Cycle Management requirements. 

*         Familiarity with Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) Warehouse Management (WM) Module.
