Lead for Supply and Receiving Warehouse Operations

The Lead for Supply and Receiving Warehouse Operations shall be responsible for supervising employees performing warehouse receiving and property book operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years' specific military or civilian experience in supply or warehouse operations.
  • This experience shall include prior training in military or civilian supply management, property book management, and warehouse management
• Forklift certifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Create, send, track, reconcile, maintain, and follow up with quarterly and annual inventory statements
• Catalog and process property item receipts and maintain accurate records showing proper transfer of authority of equipment between organizations
• Review, track, reconcile, and process supply and equipment purchase requests
• Oversee the operation of the ECBC Receiving and Delivery Warehouse
• Manage the receipt, offloading, inspection, sorting, item accountability, receipt documentation, scheduling, and delivery for all supplies and equipment
• Perform operational daily maintenance on mobile equipment
• Process shipment discrepancies, returns, and outgoing shipments from the warehouse
• Accurately document operation proceedings and provide reports as required

Requirements

• Ability to learn new software and computer systems
• Working knowledge of US Army and DoD regulations and procedures, and a working knowledge of Army facilities and logistics regulations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
• Ability to travel CONUS
• Government-issued driver's license
