Inventory Technician
Description: Responsible for Army's Stock Readiness Program (SRP) functions and packaging/building crates for SSA and tenant activities. Must have knowledge of SRP policy, procedures and Military specifications for packaging and certified to operate a forklift up to 35K. Tasks include reporting receipts, issues, turn-ins, shipments, inventory adjustments and material data records. Skilled in the reconciliation of of inventory discrepancies, paperwork, reporting, and compliance with Army regulations and policy guidance.
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable security investigation in order to be issued a Common Access Card
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Fluency in English and be able to communicate effectively to include speaking and writing in English
- Ability to be present at work each day and work the hours of the assigned shift
