Forklift Driver - CSP Lejeune

This position is concerned with preparing and arranging materials and products in bulk and non-bulk forms for distribution or storage; moving and loading or unloading equipment, materials, and products; driving forklifts and related material-handling machinery and equipment; and using scoops, hand trucks, and wheelbarrows to load and move materials.

Duties

• Operate a manually controlled gasoline, electric or liquid propane gas powered forklift to transport goods and materials of all kinds within a warehouse, manufacturing plant, or other establishment.
• Additional related duties as assigned or required within scope.

• Requirements
• Successful candidates must possess:

• Prior experience operating a forklift.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable security investigation in order to be issued a Common Access Card
• Current OSHA Forklift and Mule train certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Fluency in English and be able to communicate effectively to include speaking and writing in English
• Ability to be present at work each day and work the hours of the assigned shift
