Corrosion Prevention and Control Service Technicians -

• require at least two years background of maintenance related experience, military preferred
• Valid driver's license
• High School diploma
• Technicians must have the ability to explain and demonstrate the following: Applicable safety procedures, including PPE; Operation of CPC Application Equipment to include compressors, application guns, grinders, vacuums, etc; Application of CPCs on various types of ground combat and support equipment; Category Codes 1-5; Stages of Corrosion; Correlation between category codes and stages of corrosion; Perform corrosion assessment using CAC; Assessment of equipment using CAC on PDA; Perform surface preparation and touch-up procedures; Completed online DAU CLM module Corrosion Prevention and Control Overview.
• Technicians will require completion of company and program policies, procedures, and defined training plan within an established timeline.
• Technicians will require CPAC Program certification.
